Return is possible within 7 days* after receiving the goods from the online store.

The product must have its original appearance, factory labels, seals, etc.

If you are abroad and you do not like the product or it doesn't fit you:

2. Fill in the return application form
3. Send us the goods by any courier company at your expense to the address: 115035, Moscow, Kosmodamianskaya nab., d. 38
4. After approval of the refund, we will transfer the funds to your card or Bank account within 30 working days, you must fill in the full details for the transfer of funds in the application for refund. Please note that the refund depends on the processing speed of the transaction by your Bank.
